Location & Design

• The SIM tray is located on the top edge of the device (when the display is facing you). 

• To eject the tray, you insert the provided pin (or a paperclip) into a small hole and gently pull the tray out. 

• The tray accommodates a nano-SIM card.

• On many versions (especially dual-SIM or hybrid variants) the tray can also hold a microSD card alongside or instead of a second SIM. 

How to Use It

• Make sure the phone is turned off (recommended) before removing the tray to avoid data or card corruption.

• Insert the eject tool into the hole until the tray pops out slightly. Gently pull it out fully.

• Place the nano-SIM with the gold contacts facing down, and the notched corner aligned per tray markings.

• If using a microSD card (where supported), also place it in its slot in the tray, gold contacts down.

• After inserting cards, gently push the tray back into the slot until it is flush with the edge of the phone.
